Client Feedback Survey 2025: S3 Solutions Continues to Deliver

At S3 Solutions, our team are committed to supporting organisations to deliver and measure positive social change. Across our services, we work with up to 300 unique clients on a monthly basis on a diverse range of projects.

 

As a company, we are proud of our track record of delivery but are constantly seeking feedback on ways to improve our work and deliver impact for clients. In line with this commitment, we recently surveyed subscribers to our FundReady service to gather their insights on the survey. 99 clients responded and all are subscribers for at least 12 months or more.

 

Some of the key highlights include:


Why Organisations Choose Our FundReady Service

Every organisation has a reason for partnering with us, and the survey highlighted the key motivations:

  • 100% signed up to secure funding

  • 19% sought advice or guidance on a capital project

  • 8% were looking for governance support

This shows that while funding remains a primary driver, many organisations also value our expert guidance and governance advice.


Client Satisfaction Rate

When we asked for some further feedback the results were as follows:

  • 92% were satisfied or very satisfied with our service.

  • Delivered for their organisation: 96%

  • Understood their needs, issues, or expectations: 95%

  • Treated them courteously and with respect: 98%

  • Accessible and responsive: 97%

  • Open and transparent: 95%

  • Went ‘the extra mile’ for their organisation: 91%


Net Promoter Score

The survey also measured how likely our clients are to recommend S3 Solutions. With a Net Promoter Score of 62, most clients would happily recommend our services to friends or colleagues, an encouraging sign that our work is valued and impactful. This score places us in the Net Promoter Score Great Company category.


Future Developments

We are delighted and proud that our FundReady service has received such positive feedback from our client base, whilst also recognising key areas for improvement and development.

 

Some actions we have profiled as a result of the survey include:

  •        Engaging with clients to re-affirm the key priorities that they want to achieve in the short, medium and long term and ensuring our service aligns with this

  •     Developing and rolling out a workshop series for clients on topics identified from the survey

  • Enhancing reporting and communication via our bespoke client platform

We have found out that the service doesn’t work for every client but when the aspirations of clients are partnered with our expertise in project development and funding success can be achieved. We are delighted that the service helped client secure almost £50 million of capital and revenue funding in the past 12 months.
